I have a 2003 Hyundai Elantra. I just took it to the shop because I could hear a ticking sound in the engine. The place told me that they "think" that it could be the timing belt needs replaced and also when the timing belt is changed the water pump needs to be replaced as well. Any suggestions? A: It is supossed to be a 17mm wrench, but due to the status that it is in, you may better off with vice grips or a directional pliers. If worse comes to worse, then you may need to drill it out and use an extractor to get it out. Good luck. It's a lot of work.

When I took the test drive (in a different car but same model) the salesman said it was new and that with time the heated plastic parts/paint or whatever would finish curing and the odor would go away. Most of the time I don't notice it, but most of the time I have the air or heat on. Still every now and then I do get that stink. My car now has over 40K miles on it.

THere is a rubber seal on top of the adjustment screws that needs to be removed in order to see the screws. The picture shows what screws do what.
So to answer your question, no you dont need to buy new headlights.
